COMPANY: International distributor of industrial supply, PE owned

YEAR: 2019

MISSION: Design and implement common sales processes and tools for the DACH organization, consisting of several merged former competitors.

Conducted a diagnostic in 2 pilot branches (shadowing, interviews, KPI) and designed sales and sales management processes and tools incl. training and coaching program together with the local sales teams. Conducted training and coaching to create first measurable success in these branches and created the basis for the further roll out.
