MISSION: Identify the key initiatives to be implemented to become a profitable mobility player and anticipate changes in car retail.

Context of multiple industry disruptions and reduced level of profitability for distributors, with no natural legitimacy for the distributor on mobility in the consumers’ eye.

Approach which started by a deep understanding of the practices and orientations of both manufacturers and most advanced car retailers across the world, followed by the identification and assessment of possible initiatives based on 5 strategic and operational criteria, leading to a 3-year plan and operational support on the 2 main initiatives.
