A huge diversity of profiles and cultures, with a need to homogenize practices across the 4 continents and 15 markets.

Created and implemented a customized and fully digital coaching program, in 12 languages and with highly experienced coaches. The program was focusing on reinforcing the coaching skills and stance of talent developers, as well as allowing them to take a step back from their professional practices, to make them understand how to position themselves as ‘true partners’ with high potential managers, to identify the right behaviors and use emotional intelligence, to develop their legitimacy in their role.
