One of the most critical aspects of implementing new ways of working and tools is adoption by the sales teams. This is why our expertise covers behavioral science and change psychology. We design our missions and communicate in a way that maximises acceptance right from the beginning.
Even if the teams are convinced about the new ways of selling and fancy tools, this does not guarantee that they will use it. Only impactful learning journeys and coaching help people to really change their way of working consistently.
