Driven by Sales Performance

We are a team of passionate sales experts, practitioners with deep, hands‑on international experience. Our clients describe us as results‑driven and pragmatic. We feel equally at home in the field during ride‑alongs with sales teams as we do in executive discussions on the C‑level floor.
With clients operating globally, our network spans all five continents, covers more than 50 languages, and includes over 200 consultants and trainers.

Competences

Analytics & Design

Building high performing sales engines requires a deep understanding of the current practices and performance. Our competences combine very practical sales expertise with data analytics skills to identify internal best pratices.

When designing new ways of selling, KPI systems and other elements of a sales system we use our on strong conceptual skills.   

Sales Enablement & Tech

Analysis and concepts alone do not move the needle. As we are working for measurable success, we have a strong leg on designing and implementing Sales Enablement Tools and Sales Tech. This ranges from Sales Presentations or Calculators via AI to comprehensive tools like Showpad.

Psychology & Change

One of the most critical aspects of implementing new ways of working and tools is adoption by the sales teams. This is why our expertise covers behavioral science and change psychology. We design our missions and communicate in a way that maximises acceptance right from the beginning.  

Learning journey design, training, and coaching

Even if the teams are convinced about the new ways of selling and fancy tools, this does not guarantee that they will use it. Only impactful learning journeys and coaching help people to really change their way of working consistently. We address this by award-winning training designs, combining web-based components and simulationr with practical sales work. We are used to train in more than 50 languages and adjust to cultural differences. Always with one goal: measurable impact.
